Yes, you read that correctly, raw cows milk! It's unhomogenised, unpasteurised, and naturally high in omega-3 fatty acids! Now we are talking! We’re a little different from your average dairy, we are small!
 
Your milk will come from Rosie and Bowie, who are Jersey cross cows and 100% grass-fed. Unlike conventional dairies, where calves are separated after 24 hours, Rosie and Bowie have their calves-at-foot and raise them for at least four months.
 
The dairy is seasonal with milk available from March to November. We don’t push the cows with soya or concentrates, so they calve in the spring just like other mammals in nature, when their energy needs are naturally supported by fresh pasture. Thankfully, our milk freezes beautifully, so you can stock up for the winter months!
 
The milk is available to collect from the farm, delivered to your door, and from designated collection points.
