Welcome to Higher Colston Farm

For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved cows. Growing up, I helped my mum and grandad milk theirs, and I always dreamed of bringing them back to Higher Colston Farm. I wanted a small, gentle dairy where every cow is known by name, where their personalities shine, and where their calves stay by their side.

That dream has finally come true. Today, our Jersey cross cows, Rosie and Bowie, produce the most deliciously creamy raw milk — unpasteurised, unhomogenised, and naturally full of goodness. Alongside the milk, we also make our own raw apple cider vinegar, crafted with the same care and respect for the land.
